
With roots in Madrid and a strategic expansion to the Mediterranean since 1999, we overcame challenges such as the 2008 crisis with solvency, focusing on the premium segment: a demanding European clientele seeking quality, design and A-rated energy efficiency — aspects not covered by the standard offer.
Our mission: to provide added value and be the strategic partner for investors and discerning families seeking designer-quality homes, with prospects for returns both from operation and capital appreciation in Alicante and Madrid. With comprehensive advice, professional management and a premium agency, we offer contemporary architecture, energy efficiency and Mediterranean quality of life in privileged areas such as Alfaz del Pi, El Albir, Calpe, Altea, Finestrat, La Nucía and Benidorm.
The career began in 1961, when Metodio Andrés Caro began his activity as Treasurer of the housing cooperative "El Arca" (200 homes in Moratalaz, 70 on Calle Villaescusa – Barrio Bilbao – and others in Madrid). In 1974 he expanded into management of communities linked to Hogar de Ávila, notably the "Edificio Sierpe" in Ávila (19 homes, a commercial-office space, garage, and pool). Since 1988 he has devoted his career exclusively to real estate.
In 1991, together with his son Ángel Andrés Araoz, they founded SERVICIOS DE ASESORAMIENTO Y GESTIÓN ADMINISTRATIVA, S.L. (S.A.G.A. S.L.), focused on cooperative and community housing developments in the Community of Madrid.
Castilla Development (1992): 13 homes, 4 commercial units, 24 garages – 2,000 m².
Remonta Development (1993): 6 homes, swimming pool – 1,200 m².
Triton Development (1994): 8 homes with garden – 520 m².
Quintana Development (1995): 11 homes – 950 m².
Dehesa de la Villa Development (1997): 24 homes, paddle tennis courts – 3,167 m².


Since 1999 we have positioned ourselves in Costa Blanca due to its tourism potential:
Residencial Oasis (2001): 28 bungalows in El Albir – 2,900 m².
Las Terrazas del Albir (2002): 39 residences + aparthotel – 5,500 m².
El Balcón del Albir (2001): 29-unit apartment building.
El Balcón de Calpe (2002): 15 semi-detached chalets.
Los Leones (2007): 6 residences in El Albir.
Jardines del Ponoig (2008): 12 chalets in Polop – 3,732 m².

The 2008 crisis led us to downsize and sell assets (including our Madrid offices) to meet obligations while remaining solvent. We focused on the Costa Blanca, targeting the high-end segment: selective European clients who demand quality and design.

San Marcos (2015): 2 premium homes – 480 m².


Sarset (2016): 2 villas with sea views - 642 m².
La Sonrisa (2018): 2 semi-detached homes with garden and pool - 510 m² (first homes with energy rating A in the area).
