In 1991, Mr Metodio Andrés Caro and Mr Ángel Andrés Araoz founded S.A.G.A. S.L., a company dedicated to managing real estate developments in the Community of Madrid, generally on a cooperative basis. In 1996, we began our own development activity through the company SAGA VIVIENDAS DE CALIDAD, S.L., with the aim of separating the management of third-party developments from the development of our own properties.
In 1999, we decided to expand our operations to the Costa Blanca, motivated by opportunities in the second home and tourism markets. Despite the challenges during the economic crisis in 2008, we managed to restructure our operations and focus on the Costa Blanca, maintaining our commitment to excellence and financial solvency.
Over the years, we have maintained our focus on the high-end real estate market, where we have observed an unmet demand for products with an emphasis on quality and design. In 2015, we decided to take a step forward and founded IDÓNEO REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT S.L., together with CUBICO GESTIÓN, with the aim of offering customised and energy-efficient housing developments, mainly targeting the European market.
Since then, all our homes have achieved energy rating A, gaining widespread acceptance and generally selling off plan, which facilitates the customisation of the homes. In recent years, we have strengthened our legal and accounting services and, in particular, returning to our roots, the comprehensive management of real estate developments for third parties, a service that provides external professional management for any real estate development, ensuring price, quality and deadlines; which, in essence, is what we offer all our clients.
